My Twist on a Classic
While the traditional Thermomix® recipe uses mince, I love using oyster blade beef steak instead. It gives a deeper flavour and a slow-cooked texture that melts in your mouth.
👉 Just increase the cooking time to 1 hour, 100°C, reverse — and let your TM7 do the rest.
